Fair Oaks Farms

The children were able to go to Fair Oaks Farm and see a working dairy farm. They had a great time seeing how cows are born, milked and how the milk turns into many different products for the community. We had such a great time, and they enjoyed all the baby cows being born most of all.

Before we left the children went to the ice cream parlor to have a fresh scoop of ice cream made from the milk of the cows that live there. Then, it was on the bus. We had such a good time, and the children were all asleep by the time we got home. I must say it was a beautiful day!
